What states are available?
Contact your Miss Volunteer America State Director to see if you are eligible. If your state does not have a state organization, contact us for the availability of an at-large spot.
Is there an entry fee?
There is a $500 entry fee. State organizations can lock in their spot by paying $400 now and paying the other $100 by the deadline.
Are program book ads required?
Yes, we require each contestant to purchase a full page program book ad. You can purchase as many ads as you wish and can have someone sponsor your ad.
Do I need a headshot or professional photos?
A clear, recent headshot is recommended. Professional photography is not required—good lighting and a simple background are sufficient.
When will I receive confirmation?
You should receive a confirmation email after your submission is reviewed. If you do not hear back within a reasonable timeframe, please contact us.
Can a sponsor cover my fees?
Yes. Sponsors may support contestants. We can provide documentation and recognition details upon request.
